It is controlled by the vote of the property owners to provide for the preservation of value and amenities and for maintenance of open space and other common facilities. A limited number of upgrades, changes, and material color selections are available where construction progress permits. You are invited to inquire. The townhomes feature fine quality in every respect. The Developer reserves the right to make changes and substitutions as necessary.
