Here are some of the home plans that we offer at this project: The Oenz offers a ground floor master bedroom and a large, open dining and living room with a hearth. The Teufen features lots of open space with a large kitchen, separated from the dining and living rooms by a breakfast bar. A den just off the front entry is perfect for a home office or media room. The Trey has a master bedroom and a second bedroom on the main floor. Like the Tuefen, it features lots of open space with a large kitchen, separated from the dining and living rooms by a breakfast bar. We offer this home with a Front Entry that has a convenient den just off the entry, or with a Court Entry that offers a larger master bedroom with a bay window. The Trey is available with or without a basement
The Forester II has a master bedroom (with an optional bay window) and a second bedroom on the main floor. We currently offer this plan in a Front Entry only. Add a basement for more bedrooms, storage, and/or a large family room.
The Funfhaus and the Funfhaus II feature lots of open space with a large kitchen, separated from the dining and living rooms by a breakfast bar. The master bedroom and two additional bedrooms are on the second floor. This plan is available with a Court Entry. Add a basement for even more bedrooms, storage, or a large family room. The Funfhaus II features a den on the main floor.
The Sixdorf also features lots of open space with a large kitchen, separated from the dining and living rooms by a breakfast bar. The master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a den or optional third bedroom are all on the main floor. This plan is available with a Court Entry. The Sevelen features a more traditional layout with the living room at the front of the house and the dining room and kitchen in the back. The master suite is on the main floor. Add a basement for even more bedrooms, storage, or a large family room.
The Eichberg is a two story plan with a large den off the entry way that perfect for a parlor or home office. The master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, and a loft or optional fourth bedroom are all on the second floor. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the great room. This plan is available with a Side Entry. Add a basement for even more bedrooms, storage, or a large family room.
The Neuhaus offers you the choice of a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, or two large master bedroom suites on the main floor at opposite ends of the home.
